What I Inspect

My detailed home inspection system has been designed to assure you a thorough, easy to understand overview of the conditions of the home you are about to purchase. Buying a home is not something you do every day and I provide the information you need for peace of mind.

  • I am certified through the National Association of Home Inspectors (ASHI), and I assure the inspection of over 400 items, which exceeds the ASHI standards of practice.
  • I'll provide you and your realtor with a detailed copy of the home inspection report , complete with color photographs, within 24 hours of the inspection.
  • I’ll tag all the crucial valves in the home such as the main water shut off, exterior hose bibs, etc.
  • I’ll point out major and minor deficiencies to give you a complete picture of your new home's condition.
  • I’ll identify the home's major expenditures coming up so you can budget for these potential expenses down the road.
  • I’ll identify any potential safety hazards present in the home.
  • I’ll give you an education on the home, such as how the various components operate throughout the home.
  • I’ll review all crucial findings with you at the completion of the home inspection to assure your full and complete understanding.
